Our Beginning

I started this journey in 2022 with one goal: to bring the true essence of Indian cooking to Anaheim. What began as Masala Curry became Tatva—meaning "essence" in Sanskrit. That word reflects who we are. Each recipe comes from our family kitchen, made with fresh ingredients and care. After years of tradition and flavor, we're proud to reopen in 2025 and share the food that means so much to us.
